Shout Outs
Goof,
Senior year, where has the time gone? From the little girl that would wake up from a sound sleep at the sound of the ice cream container opening (which you still do), to becoming Co- Captain of the Dekalb Color Guard.
No words can describe how much you mean to me and how extremely proud I am of all your accomplishments and the woman you have become.
No matter how old you might be, you will always be my little girl. I am proud to call myself your dad. I love you too infinity and beyond.
Tim –
I can’t believe that you are a senior this year. The last 17 years have flown by! I am so proud of the young man you are becoming. You have truly come out of your shell and are finding who you are. Never forget that you can do anything you put your mind to. I love you!

Kaden we are so very proud of you and how much you have grown in your love of music. We should have known from the time you were little that you would be a percussionist. We know you will go far with your music. We love you.

Claire,
Every single day you continue to amaze me and make me proud! You are such a talented, witty, intelligent and gorgeous young woman! When you set your mind on something, you go above and beyond to achieve it. Not only are you determined and driven, you put your heart and soul into absolutely everything you do! Watching how much hard work and effort you have put into your instrument and Marching Band, I have no doubt that you will be successful in whatever you choose to do beyond High School, and I will forever be here cheering you on! Aim for the sky baby girl!
XOXO I love you!

Dear Alana,
Your Senior band season has started with the biggest smiles yet. It has been an absolute joy watching over the past few years as you have prepared for this moment, facing each and every day with courage and commitment, challenging yourself to reach new heights, and inspiring others to do the same. You’ve managed to overcome physical obstacles, adapt during a global pandemic, take on extra responsibilities, learn new instruments, and become a talented, multifaceted musician. You’ve grown and developed from a shy rookie into a respected leader who gives great care and dedication to her beloved band family. We are so proud of the person that you are, and we look forward to sharing these smiles with you in all of the moments ahead.
We love you!!!
